The welding department of tracked chassis bodies
In 2018, the welding department of tracked chassis bodies was organized. The department specializes in welding bodies of tracked chassis’ vehicles. Body of tracked chassis made of special armour steels. Specially designed and configured robotic stations equipped with:
- Two QRC 410 CLOOS robots with a range of ø 4020mm suspended on 2 C-type portals
- Two two-column positioners with a lifting capacity of 20,000kg with 11000mm spacing in between and range of lifting from 1200mm to 2700mm
- Robots equipped with a gas nozzle sensor to find a weld, a welding arc sensor for automatic weld tracking, iCSE M detectors to detect a groove geometry
- Additional stands equipped with two-column positioners with a lifting capacity of 20,000 kg for performing the operations of preparing welding assemblies and supplementing em with additional elements
- Assemblies are welded on special designed tools which are an integral part of the working stands
Stand for welding of tower systems
Stand for welding of tower systems made of special steel with ballistic resistance (so-called armored steel) equipped with:
- QRC 410 robot with a range of ø 4020mm, load capacity 10kg, positioning repeatability below 0.1, suspended on a C-type portal with a passage length of about 5m, equipped with a gas nozzle sensor to find a weld, a welding arc sensor for automatic Weld trace, iCSE M detectors to detect the geometry of the welding groove
- Three-axis positioner with a capacity of 10000kg (arm length 2700mm and lifting 850mm)
- Assemblies of tower system bodies welded in designed special tooling which is an integral part of the station
