On Saturday, July 13th this year. on the site of KS Metal Tarnów the Football Tournament
for the Cup of the President of ZMT SA was held.
10 teams issued from defense factories from all over Poland took part in the tournament: Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów SA, Zakłady Chemiczne Nitro-Chem SA, Research and Development Center for Mechanical Devices “OBRUM” sp. Z oo, Zakład Metalowy “WB”, Zakłady Chemiczne Metalowe Dezamet SA, Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No. 2 SA, PIT- RADWAR SA Warsaw, MESKO S.A. Skarżysko-Kamienna, Radiotechnika Marketing Sp. z o.o, and Huta Stalowa Wola S.A.
The team from Dezamet came third on the podium. The penalty shoot-out competition decided which of the teams takes the first place. Our team took the second place, while the hosts found themselves at the top of the podium – ie Zakłady Mechanicznie “Tarnów”.
Teams provided sports fans with the highest level of emotions, demonstrated the spirit of struggle and the will to win, which translated into an interesting football spectacle.
