At the end of October 2020, Huta Stalowa Wola S.A. donated the latest artillery equipment to the 23rd Bolesławiec Artillery Regiment. This is the first batch of armament that will form the REGINA fire module in the regiment (the previous squadron was transferred to the 5th Artillery Regiment in Sulechów in 2019). and a repair shop for weapons and electronics.
These are the first deliveries to DMO in Bolesławiec. Ultimately, the 23rd Artillery Regiment will be equipped with 24 cannon howitzers, 18 command and logistics vehicles. Further deliveries are planned by HSW this year, in line with the schedule provided for in the Agreement
The KRAB self-propelled howitzers produced by HSW SA are one of the best artillery equipment, and similar advanced technological solutions are used in modern howitzers in the world.
