On July 26th, 2009, Huta Stalowa Wola received the title of “Responsible Employer – Leader of Human Resources 2019” awarded for the high level of implemented employment and employee policy and its integration with the company’s business goals. The award was received by the Member of the Board,
the Operational Director, Mr. Jan Szwedo.
Responsible Employer-HR Leader is a nationwide promotional program in the area of human resources (HR). Its aim is to disseminate and promote positive models and strategies of actions in the field of personnel policy and strategies of personal and business integration. The program identifies the best employers in individual regions of Poland.
When assessing Huta Stalowa Wola SA, the Program Chapter paid particular attention to:
– dynamic development of the company and continuous increase of employment of employees,
– development of competences, as well as raising the qualifications of employees through specialist trainings, courses, conferences and workshops,
