The building of the new HSW hall in which the new automated production line will be located for the production and processing of bodies is already in the closed state. This means that the construction phase has been completed and work inside the building begins.
The HSW hall is being created as part of the new investment related to acquiring the latest technologies necessary to execute contracts for the Armed Forces.
A new hall with an area of 3.5 thousand square meters is already covered with a roof and equipped with modern fire protection systems. Elevation walls, windows and rolling entry gates are ready. Installation work inside the building has begun. Currently, ventilation, lighting, sanitary and rainwater systems are being installed.
The largest chamber in Poland designed for X-ray examinations of bodies and other HSW products has already been made. The new chamber with dimensions that house the largest welded structures produced in HSW will allow effective control of the quality of weld joints.
In the new hall, preparatory works are underway for the installation of overhead cranes, for which a special crane gantry mounted on the construction pillars is prepared. The most modern in Poland lines for machining chassis bodies and fully automated welding robots will be installed here.
In the new hall, in the future, bodies for the Krab howitzer, the new infantry fighting vehicle Borsuk, as well as tower systems will be created.
Completion of construction works in accordance with the investment schedule is expected by the end of June.
